hi everyone one of my budgie charlie has started to talk about couple of weeks ago but i didnt get to chance to record it. i had that chance today while he was sitting on this cage it might not be clear on the video but he says what you doing, pretty boy and whistles

yes he is a chatterbox, every morning he wakes me up with his whistles and says what u doing? hahaha most mornings hard to get up for me but thanks to charlie he is better than my alarm clockHe's a little chatterbox, how cute
