Chop recipes?

So, I was wondering if someone could help me with a chop recipe, for my budgie Linn. She just got used to eating fruits and veggies, so something of small quantity, and good for her to get to eat it I was thinking?
Also some advice of how to get her to eat it and how to stock it, since it would take a while for her to eat it I think.
