You have to English Budgies (Show budgies) The male looks to be Olive green, and the female looks to be Light Green Grey Wing

but I'm not 100% sure but i am 75% sure.

i was surprised when i scrolled down for the their pic and saw they were English budgies, i had to go back up and make sure I actually read that you bought them at a pet shop - then looked where live and was even more surprised

I know here in Indiana i have never seen an English (or even part English) budgie at the pet shops here

I'm just learning the genetics my self, Some i can do a lot easier then others though lol

I don't have a English Lutino But I have an American Lutino and a Albino English (also have an Albino American)

I can stare at my English budgies all day long and be amazed at their personality, how they stand so "proper" and then look down at the American who's hanging like a pretzel in a corner of the cage or hanging off the side of the Swing handle and just shake my head lol

in my house my Americans are called my little ******** And my English are called my little rich Snobs :p

* No one take offense, I am a ******* (well not in the usage every one seems to use it) But they take after me, The dirtier they are the happier they are, They refuse to use their toys correctly and its their way or the high way JUST like me LOL

The male is a grey green which you can tell by the blue cheek patches. The female is a dark green cinnamon spangle. I think it is cinnamon not greywing, both mutations lighten the body colour (I can't see any opaline Rachelle)

They should produce about half spangle chicks and half normals. The colours will be at least 2 different shades of green and grey green. If the birds are both split for blue you could get grey and blue as well. The cinnamon is a sex-linked gene and it will only show in the chicks if the male is carrying the gene (if it is greywing it still would need a gene from the male to show). As you don't know anything about their ancestry they could be carrying genes for other mutations which could appear among the chicks

Yea, after I posted I got to thinking it wasn't Opaline, but never edited. I think I just need to stop for today :) On both I've done I've either left something out or added something. I think my eyes and brain just aren't on the same level for some reason :D
