Cleaning Cage help

My cage is unclean and I need to clean it and put my birds out but they are not hand-trained. What can I do?

You should never keep a budgie in a cage that has rust on it.
The cage needs to be replaced with a new one that is the appropriate size.

You need to get a cage right away as you have been advised. Every day you delay is putting those budgies at greater risk.
