Ha Ha! Cute!Adorable. Jimmy liked it so much I had to play it again for him.
I use my tablet as "Budgie TV" in the bird cage sometimes, and I play my "Budgies Talking" playlist from YouTube - This little Japanese guy always starts it off with a flourish, followed many Many more! They love it!

I'm learning japanese right now, so I got a lot of what he was saying. His name is Piyo, and his owner calls him Piyo-tan apparently for extra cuteness.
He says stuff like:
これは たべな ぱくぱく
Eat this, pakupaku (a sound for gulping or quickly drinking)
美味しいですか？ぴよたん
Is it delicious Piyo?
欧米か！
Is this the west (western countries, US and europe)?
ぴよたんの爪、ぱちーんぱちーんって切ったよ
Piyo's nails, so little and cute, got trimmed
