I'm not too hot on mutations so can't really help you with identifying it but cinnamons don't have red eyes. Our Bert was a sky blue yellow face cinnamon and he certainly didn't have red eyes.

Cinnamons do have red eyes when they are babies up until about 1 week of age. The eye then gradually darkens to the normal colour. The eye colour is not the red red as with an albino or lutino but more a crimson red.

Cinnamons are one of the varieties I have as I just love the colouring of them and the feather quality. Cinnamons have been used extensively to give longer softer feather in our show birds.

i also have a question regarding the red eye things.... yeye's eye sometimes looks red at a different point of view, when i was new i was thinking he was a lutino, but his eyes are not as red as the albinos and lutinos, his rings are gray but there is something in his eye that makes it red when you look at it very close... is this what kate C is talking about crimson eyes? hmm but yeye isnt cinnamon.... LOL or any of the birds that are supposed to have red eyes or crimson eyes..

A fallow has red eyes... thats a cinnamon mutation

Fallow
There are several types of fallow varieties, but in general, the fallow's head, wing, and tail markings are brownish. The body color is gradually diluted and is most visible on the rump. The eyes are red (some varieties do not have a pink iris, others do) and the cere of the male fallow does not change normally. Adult male fallows have purple ceres. Adult female fallows have the normal white/tan/brown ceres. This is a very beautiful specialist variety and is only seen in exhibition budgies.

Basic Genetics:
Normal - dominant
Fallow - recessive

There aren't "cinnamon" budgies it is the striping on the wing pattern

The body color isn't cinnamon(even know on rare occasions it has been known to wash over the body color But it is still just a wing pattern)

The only mutations with actual Red eyes (fire engine red/blood red)
are Lutino, Albino, Fallow, Lace wing (which is a Albino bred to a cinnamon wing OR a Lutino Bred to a Cinnamon Wing),

There are Plum eyes and black eyes

Most ppl see Plum eyes and Call them red eyes when it isn't the case at all they are 2 different things.
