Someone is offering her to me and said she was a show budgie, but looking at the pic, I do not see any show qualities in her, or am I wrong?
Her head looks just like our little guys' head, IMO.
What do you think?
Thank you.

Thanks everyone.
That's what I thought too. I am going to pass on her.

The budgie on the left side is a english one, the one in your picture looks like a normal american sky blue to me.
This bird is not an english, OR an american! The proper terms are show/exhibition and pet-type.

Nika you are right in naming the bird as a show bird. This bird may well be one. You would need to see the bird in person, as you cannot judge it through a picture though.

What are you wanting to achive? If you only want a pet, size has no matter.
Are you are wanting to start breeding for exhibition?
Are you wanting to breed and imporve the damage caused by bird mill breeding?

No, I do not breed. There are too many unwanted birds already.
I like how show budgies look: puffy, grumpy, beautiful. I wanted to add another show to my flock, that's all.

Wow, that's MY photo of MY birds on Wikipedia! Someone must have grabbed it from my Flickr gallery. Cool! Anyway, the English/Exhibition style budgie on the left ("Patootie") was just a baby in that photo. Here's a current photo of him, pictured with his American/Pet style budgie friend, "AquaMan".
