Hi everyone,

I'm really curious about one of the new females I picked up last week. She's a Olive Green Cinnamon about 5-6 months old. Maybe a little younger. Below her tail base is blueish so I'm wondering... might she be split to blue? Her belly when the light hits it also has a glimmer of blue. Perhaps if I pair her up with a blue there might be some blue and green offspring?

You can't tell if a green bird is split to blue by looking at it. The blue is a recessive gene and genes are not visible. It is common for green birds to look slightly blueish on the lower body, especially young greens with dark factors.

A lot of green pet type budgies are split for blue so you could be lucky
