How sweet, that is budgie love right there! Back when I was a child I had a budgie who also loved to do that, especially on the neck area.

Lol. Thanks! It is the cutest behavior, isn't it? And she will often do it after being mischievous, as if she was saying "Don't worry Mommy, I do love you!".
Aw, that's cute. Of course, if it happened to me I'd melt into a laughing heap, my poor ears are so sensitive.
