Ok, these are very nutritious and just wonderful for the fall/winter season :)
Ingredients:
3 smaller bananas
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/3 cups canned pumpkin
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cups raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Oven at 350 F. Mix eggs, oil, and sugar. After it's blended well, add bananas and pumpkin and mix until well blended but don't mix too much (you don't want the bananas to be liquid). Then, add all dry ingredients (mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl first). Lastly, fold raisins and chopped walnuts into the batter.
Pour into muffin cups or little pans for baking bread. Bake until brown on top. For muffins, about 20-25 min, for loaves, a little longer.

Great looking recipe Dee. I just picked a pumpkin from the garden and have everything else. I will bake up a batch this week :).
