You need to take your budgie to an Avian Veterinarian immediately for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
The bird has obviously been bleeding. Budgies have very little blood and can bleed out rapidly.
How long has the budgie been suffering with this condition?

thank goodness! i wish you all the luck.
Yumi seems fine in herself. It does look sore though and it’s not bleeding, which is the main thing.
