i would say yellow face type 2 skyblue recessive pied male (could be female, still a little young for confirmation)
around 3-4 months old.
I'm going to the health section right now!
i hope he feels better.

yellow face type 2 skyblue recessive pied. The recessive pied variety are usally white or yellow (depending on whether they are white-based or yellow-based) and their body colour is only visible at the lower abdomen and at the lower back between the the wings. Here is Mika, my mauve recessive pied female (she is white based). i forgot to add that their wing marks are not in a set pattern are are variabe depending on each bird from this variety. they are usaully patches randomly scattered.

hes lovely any names..also Type 2 yellow face sky blue recessive pied male.. wow thats a long mutation :)
