This is Blueberry. We did purchase from a pet store. I'd like to try a breeder next time. We haven't had birds in so long and we were given one so we got a friend. Then we were given another. They are both girls. I believe at least a year old I'm thinking.

There's eye rings on the lutino one (Lemonhead). I was iffy about her at first but has since gotten a tan spot in the middle of her beak. And it's a tiny bit flaky.

The other one we received (Sherbert) Bird Parrot Cloud Owl Organism
Bird Parrot Cloud Owl Organism
came with a fully tan, flaky beak (in condition?) I was thinking she could be almost a year. I learned so much from reading and the pics on this forum.

We were hoping the blue one was a male. My husband was hoping actually. We got him it on Father's Day and he feels outnumbered by the women 😭

The 2 newer ones have since became buddies and they take care of each other and groom etc. but idk maybe they're besties lol

Help me determine blueberry! Included all 3 for fun.

3 stooges. Lemonhead Blueberry Sherbert

Hi there and :welcome: to the forums!

You've come to a great place to learn even more about the best of budgie care practices!

Your girls (indeed, they are all girls!) are gorgeous and it's lovely to meet them. It's honestly good that you have three girls, since one male and two females (or vice versa) can lead to some conflict in the flock dynamics when everybudgie's in condition. Also, now you don't have to worry about accidental breeding!

Meanwhile, be sure to read through the many budgie articles and "stickies" linked above by FaeryBee to ensure you're up to date on everything! If you have any questions after doing so, please be sure to ask as we'd love to help!

I hope to see more of Blueberry, Sherbert and Lemonhead around here soon!
