:budgie: On long weekends or holidays such as Xmas & Easter we take Barney Budgie, in his cage, sat on the back seat between the kids and strapped in with a seat belt. He never shuts up for the whole 110 mile / 90min journey and loves being there with us all......if not, he stays home with the lights on timers and his own DAB radio also on a timer but he's checked daily by my older 2 kids calling in......not too spoiled !! Lol !

Sounds pretty typical around here John My guys have a family member move in to the house when we go away so they are not disturbed and can keep to their known routine, no we don't spoil our feathered friends do we ?
