I got a new parakeet to add to my flock. It is a young, ungendered budgie. I know it is a Dominant Pied, but I do not know where the patternless wings and tail come from.

It is hard to tell, but the wings, tail, and face are an extremely light yellow.

if by patternless you mean the wings have no markings, that is a part of it being a dominant pied.

it is possibly a skyblue yellow face greywing dominant pied.

Thank you much. ^^ Oh, and I do think it is male too, with the light purple hue it has.

We did name it: Shiloh. =D

It'd be easier if I could see her backside, but from the front side I can see that he's a sky blue yellowface type II dominant pied, and possibly clearwing or full-body-color greywing. Nice!!! ;)
