Does anyone have pictures of grewing Spangle opaline dominant pieds,

I have recently bought few birds and would like to compare them with the pics they are also golden face.

Why would anyone mix all those mutations in one bird? :dunno:

#1 a greywing looks VERY much like a cinnamon. Only when you have the 2 differnet mutaions side by side can you tell the difference. MOST people are call the diluts (whites/yellows) greywings. Yes they do have soft grey markings, but this is not what the graywing mutation is acording to the mutation standard.

#2 When you mix opaline into the spangle mutaiton you invert the wing pattern marking so it is the body color.

Here is a Spangle opaline dominant pied. If she was greywing as well the wing markings and the body colour would be much lighter
