My budgie Leonel being his normal and quite energetic self, his first moult doesn't seem to be affecting him. You can see his cere is turning blue as well, I guess he's a teenager now and is acting like one. Just see how many head bobs he does!

You can also see another video of him eating broccoli.

Yes, it's a very funny stage. My other budgies never did so many head bobs in a row while they were teenagers. Leonel has also been mumbling gibberish, so I think he might be able to say a few clear words soon.
