Happy Halloween everybudgie!! here we don't celebrate Halloween, but carnival celebration on February!

Same here, my fellow European friend!

We also celebrate carnival in February, we call it "Carnaval" and people dress up in all sort costumes too.
We don't do trick or treating. We have parades and some people dance the Samba.
While Samba comes from Brazil, we have Samba schools here too.
Portugal and Brazil share a lot of history together, the same language as well.
