Hemingway & Kingston - Ongoing Kosher Dill Thread

Great pictures and videos, they don't seem to really pay any attention to one another.

They seem to be doing quite well so far.
they “argue” over my shoulder a little, but that’s ok.

I went to give them individual out-of-cage time and the contact calling started

It died down after a few minutes though. They seem to both enjoy my company individually, but Hemi is still my snuggle bug.

We’re still negotiating boundaries

They look so cute together!

If they’re not flighted, how do they get on your shoulder? You put them up there?

They are still working out who the boss is, but Hemi straight up Laughs at the end…

They are both good talkers already, so if anything I expect that to improve.

There was some disagreement over who can perch where for bed time.
Hemi has “a spot” that he absolutely always goes to, and Kingston decided that it should be his.
There was some bickering, but five minutes later it’s dead silent.

I am assuming that they figured it out and are not dead

Kingston is just following his older brother's habits are you going to sleep next to the cage?

I understand, when I have had really sick birds, I have done that, and on the floor with sick cats.

Kingston is kinda bossy
Hemi just wants to perch on me and his brother is all “chase chase chortle chortle”

I wanna be friends with you, but purely as a way in to meeting these two.
