Hmmm.....not sure what you mean but you can use the rubber stamp tool to clone in parts of the background which will cover over the bars or you can make a layer mask and paint in the background where the mask is which will hide the bars..... Either way be sure too affect a new layer rather than the original so you can keep trying.

Thank you Michelle... Is it the Healing Brush that removes the bars.. I wanted to no what you use to remove the bars but not the budgie I only wanted the bars in the front to be taken off.. But i wasn't sure which one to use i tried the healing Brush and it made it go funny.. Please help..
I will check my Ps to see what is there. I used Lightroom 5 to take the bars out. It has the healing brush and the healing brush has a clone option. I used both options when I was removing the bars. It also give the option of feathering which helped blend some areas.

Hope this helps :).
Thanks Rick... I am going to be getting the lightroom 5 shortly
It takes multiple tools to remove the bars using PhotoShop and you need to take your time and be patient.

Some of the tools would include: magnetic lasso, clone stamp, and spot healing brush.
Basically, you just have to try it and see what works for you. I taught myself through trial and error and lots of practice.

My results are still far from perfect though.
Thank you Deb!!! You should see some of my attempts not so good but ill keep on trying and i promise to be patient when i am trying I get frustrated and then i close up and go and do something else like play with my special little guy you all no who that is yes Indigo. Ill try those tools tomorrow off to bed now i'm tied.. I have a sore finger had a lump removed on the bone and it is paining Indi won't even sit on my finger for the bandage...
Here is a link to how to clone in the background. I would think this would be the easiest method but it depends on the image of course. It takes years to master photoshop. Retouching is a special skill all in itself. I've been using photoshop for longer than I care to admit and I am still learning tricks all the time.
