I noticed my budgie Xmas had some blue on his b&w feathers. I was told he is a Violet Cobalt Normal.....But with every molt those feathers seem to be getting darker and darker. I'm starting to think he has a bit of Opaline in him. Also Cinnamon because he has some light grey-brown sort feathers. I could be wrong though.

I'll upload some pics when I have the chance to get them......

What you are describing is known as "Opalescence."
Opalescence causes a slight spread of body colour into the wings. It doesn't necessarily mean that he is split for Opaline (he could be!) as Opalescence is visible in hens too sometimes, and hens cannot be split opaline.

I have a **** who shows slight opalescence in his wings.

Look carefully below, you can see his violet in the secondary feather.

also regarding the colour of his stripes, without a photo it's hard to say. Cinnamons sometimes appear to have very dark brown stripes, almost blackish.

But again, there are Greywings that have browning on the wings (the **** above has that effect too!)

Observe the browning.
