Omg... He's SO cute. He's legitimately got one of the cutest faces I've ever seen. And Cheerio is such a cute name too! I really can't wait to see more of him~

Heās a sweet lil guy, and obviously very comfortable with people since he jumps on our hands whenever we are getting him food or water. When he sings it sounds like a canary which cracks us up since he looks like a canary. They did have a canary where he was raised so we wonder if heās imitating itš¤·āāļø
He didnāt want to eat sprouts or veggies from the bowl so we put it on paper towels at the bottom of his cage and he seems to like that better, with some seed and pellet sprinkled on it.

I put some of the Harrisonās super fine pellets in one bowl just to kind of get him used to seeing them and he loves them- itās what he prefers over the seed. That really surprised me because Figaro will eat them from my hand and eat a bit from his bowl but they are last on his list of things he likes to eat lol. So maybe when they meet after their quarantine theyāll teach each other some good thingsš
I was worried that they would flock call to each other constantly and get upset but they have only done it a few times over the 5 days so far so thatās good. Cheerio is upstairs in my daughters room and Figaro is downstairs and we try to keep some music on so most of the time they canāt hear each other. We showed Figaro some pictures of Cheerio and he made his happy purring noise and said ābaby birrrd, give me a kiss!āš so I hope that means heāll like him in person(or in bird?)š

Lol yes it does seem like they all sound very similar!I love his little pin feathers! It's interesting that no matter the sound of the person teaching a budgie to talk, they all seem to have the same budgie ..... is 'accent' the word?
Those pin feathersš every time I think heās done with those things he seems to lose more feathers and then thereās more pin feathers to make him itchy and grumpy. He just started saying āscritches, scritches, scritchesā though because we always ask him if he wants scritches, and he actually lets us sometimes now lolš
