Please remove the nest box from the cage immediately.
You need to do everything necessary to discourage breeding.
Rearranging their cage frequently will help tremendously.
Please be sure you never put a nest box or anything that could be used as a nesting site in their cage.
When they come into condition, you need to limit the light they get to 8 hours a day and limit the amount of protein in their diet.
When you have mixed genders, it is very important to do everything necessary to prevent breeding.

It is not recommended to have mirrors in your birds' cage as interacting with the mirror can contribute to your budgies becoming aggressive and/or territorial.
Additionally, some budgies will begin regurgitating to the mirror to the point where they actually become malnourished.
You would be better off to give them shredding toys instead.

Locating an Avian Veterinarian
I recommend you remove the wooden dowel perches in the cage and replace them with natural wooden perches of varying diameters to help prevent pressure sores.
