oh well i cant do that i only have my moms crappy phone camera so

I agree - it hard to tell if he's a he or a she. Try some more photos - you have to have some more! 'He' looks like a normal green - maybe an olive.

I have an old digital that is now worse than the new phones - try a few more and maybe the focus will be better + you have to hold your breath when you take the photo so it is crisp. Take a lot & delete all the fuzzy ones - that's what I do.

If I had to guess you probably have a normal budgie, the rare mutations are hard to come by. Sometimes if you change the lighting by moving the phone to a different side that might help. :)

Can you take a picture of his back/wing pattern? From that pic I agree with MsBudgie. Looks like a normal green or normal olive.

He is a normal dark green which is only slightly mutated. The wild type are normal light green
