I have several budgies in my mixed flight (all male) 2 are feeding a Tiel with 2 chicks in nestbox, they are also feeding the cicks.

That's interesting. I've never heard of budgies jumping in
to help another type of bird like that. It sounds like they are
very eager to be helpful fathers
