I know nothing at all about mutations but I've been trying to figure out why Nemo has dark brownish eyes. I thought budgies' iris rings came in around 6-7 months (?) but Nemo's eyes look nothing like Raz's light grey eyes and she'll be 11months old next month. Is it like people have different eye colours or is it something to do with her mutation maybe? :)

See how her eyes are darkish?

Thanks :)

She is more than likely split for recessive pied if she never develops them, sometimes they do not have obvious iris rings even when mature :)

Ooh thanks everyone :D. Nemo is my little sky blue greywing :)... hmm only thing is she doesn't have a dark grey tail it's a very light grey-blue colour, does that change anything?
