Thanks, Amanda!
Kylie will usually only snuggle for a little while but Autumn will let you hold her for hours on end! I was told by several breeders when I got them that the girl shelties are usually more affectionate and inclined to be "Lap Dogs" whereas the boys will follow you around but are happy to just lay near you (like at your feet). I'd never had two at one time before but these two have definitely fit that profile. :)

Are they shelties or standard collies. From what I can tell they are standard collies :) I used to have one when I was little. We had a collie and a borzoi. I miss them. Your puppies are so cute. I like the snow pics :) I love when dogs play in snow. How old are they?

I just want to eat them up! It maybe a little furry, but I'm sure they'd be a great dessert! ;) LOVE the pics! I'm sure they are sweethearts. Picture perfect sweethearts! Stunning photos too!

Thanks, everyone!

Kylie and Autumn are Shetland Sheepdogs (shelties). :) brother and sister, and I love them to pieces!!

They do shed, but they almost always have a "spa day" once a week when I brush them, trim their toenails and trim the fur from between their toe-pads and neaten up the fur on their legs, tummy, flanks, ears and mane! Whew. Shelties have a long silky topcoat and a coarse thicker undercoat so there's lots and lots of fur to brush.

Each one get about 1 1/2 to 2 hours of attention during his/her turn on spa day.

Then, they get their cookie and run outside to bark at the world and strut around showing off for a few minutes. Silly pups!!

My parents used to show and breed Shelties. They are beautiful dogs and make wonderful companions but do need a lot of time spent on them to keep their coats in tip top condition. You are so lucky to have two of them
