Yes there is a chance of getting a lacewing but it is not certain because the two mutations are sometimes stubborn about merging. A **** split to cinnamon & ino mated to a lacewing hen that I had recently produced 7 chicks; 4 inos, 2 cinnamons & 1 normal, but no lacewings. From 2 other cocks split for both mutations mated to cinnamon hens I got 3 lacewings, so you could be lucky

The young cocks from your pair are sure to produce lacewing chicks in the next generation
