Oh my goodness, that looks wonderfulHey guys! we cook this meal every year on Easter time but you can make this throughout the year! it has a lot of greens and it's delicious! I found many similarities to the way I cook it here, to this site:
Lamb Fricassee (Arnaki Frikase) - Greek Recipes
The only difference is that my greens are a little different;
2 big lettuces
500 gr spinach leaves
1 batch dill
a little fennel
1 batch green onions
1 big onion
1 clove of garlic, everything well washed and chopped.
All the other preparations and ingredients are the same
You can also have a vegetarian version of this meal, instead of lamb you can use 700 gr chopped mushrooms. We have tried this before and the taste is awesome. Hope you enjoy it!![]()
