Landed In U.S.

Hi all of my TB family:D I have missed all of you that is for sure. We had a reasonably good flight although long 36 hours in total.
I am still not sleeping properly.
No snow it all melted, but family friends and Christmas were just awesome. We can go Snow chasing if we have to LOL.
I hope you all are well, and happy with your presents.
I will not be able to be here as often as I usually am but I am constantly thinking of you all and missing you take care and Enjoy those budgies xxx

Glad you had a safe trip. Welcome!:)
36 hours on a plane is a pain. Flew from Guam to San Fransisco and arrived in California before I left Guam because of the Date line.
Hope your stay is an enjoyable one.

Before Talk Budgies, I had never been able to get my head around the whole Date Line thing. :laughing:
I could never remember if Australia is a day "ahead" of the US or a day behind it.
I'm FINELY getting better now because of the forum and the members in AU and NZ letting me know what day it is.
(Of course, I still have trouble knowing what day it is where I am at any given time too!

Yes Deb, we are a day ahead of you, that is why we have Christmas and New Year before you. And I regularly don't know what day it is here. Had it fixed in my mind yesterday it was Sunday when it was only Saturday. But I blame that on Christmas Day being on the Thursday and it felt like the weekend.

Hey. Kate. I no what you mean. Thursday and Friday felt like the weekend and on Friday we go grocery shopping so we were at home didn't feel like Friday at all cause of the long holiday I got my days mixed up as well...

Thank you all for the kind wishes:D We are having a great time went and saw an ice hockey game the other night sat at the front and boy do those boys go hard:eek: Our team lost but I loved it !!!
Today we are going to do some sightseeing, oh and of course I have done a bit of shopping might need to buy anew case to get home I think LOL. Miss you all terribly hope you are all well and healthy and your flocks are flourishing . Will check in when ever I can love and blessings to you all you wonderful people xx

Oh my, I just saw this thread! You were on a plane for 36 hours? Good Lord!!
I was in a plane for 2,5 hours and I thought that was much!
