My boys were totally confused as to where all the budgie sounds were coming from and were stock still.

Now I am playing it again and they are chirping crazily and Moe is flying around and around me near the computer and he's not hand-tamed yet! Might have to keep playing this

Yes Bell is a light green dominant pied tubby budgie. She is also dominant in all other things as well!
