Lol ok not really. She did learn that pulling on the strings will make noise. She is funny when she plucks them like crazy I know this video is quiet and you can't really hear anything. I will try to get a better one when she goes nuts lol I thought is was pretty smart.

That is so cute!! At the end, I think she's telling the other budgie to strum while she concentrates on the chords.
They are so adorable - isn't it amazing what they will figure out on their own when given the opportunity. She'll be playing "Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds" before long!!
