hi, im new to budgies and have been an owner of two beatuiful ladies for the past couple months and recently i noticed a small like thing in my older budgie's nostril (left in the picture). the right nostril visibly breathes and seems fine, but the left one doesnt visibly breathe.

i was directed here from r/budgies because i do not have access to an avian vet where i live and i wanna know if this is serious enough to go out of town for
