So. recently, I decided to let my budgies play with my English budgies. They got along so well! My budgie, Keylime, became best friends with my sweet English budgie, Lemon. Keylime's cage friend, Storm is super peaceful, and never bites. Recently, Storm has been getting jealous of Keylime playing with Lemon. Storm would try to start a fight and I would separate them. A few days ago, Storm had Keylime pinned to the bottom of the cage. He would not let go. Keylime was so scared, he latched onto my finger. I separated them, because Storm almost killed Keylime. Yesterday, I was watching them, seeing if they could get along, and Storm started trying to attack again. Currently, they are separated. My parents think I should give Storm away, and get Keylime a new playmate. What do you think? :S

You need to keep Storm completely separate from Keylime at all times.
They can NOT be allowed to play together.

Once a budgie has exhibited aggressive behavior such as you have indicated, you need to keep that bird separate from any others.

There is no reason to give Storm away. You can easily house him in a cage of his own and give him separate out-of-cage time in a different room or at a different time than your other birds.

How many birds do you currently have and what is the set up of your current cages?

I currently have 6 birds. I am cleaning out my room today to rearrange the cages. I had the budgie's cage by the English budgies, and the bourkes at the
other side of the room. I am going to put the bourkes in my sister's room. Right now, Storm is in the office, right next to me.

As long as you keep Storm separated and give him separate out-of-cage time, all should be fine.
Thank you for all of the help! I have one more question. What do I do if I want the two budgies to get along again? Do I let them play together at all? :S

No. For now you need to keep the birds separated and, as I said before, they should not be allowed to have out-of-cage time together.

In a few months time, you can try sitting the cages side by side and see how they react to one another.
If that seems to go well, then you may consider trying a very carefully supervised short out of cage time together. I wouldn't advise more than 10 minutes at a time initially though.
