My lovie flock

This was long overdue, but a few days ago I finally got to take some new photos of the whole lovebird flock. I was waiting for them all to have the new feathers since they have been moulting, but it seems when one finishes the other one starts, so I decided to go through with the photo shoot anyway.

He's usually very shy, but I was surprised with my boy's willingness to have his picture taken, so I took full advantage of it and took plenty of photos.

Penguin looking for comfort in her mate. And yes, Fénix is that big. She and Sindel are the biggest of the flock.

Just as Fénix is growing her new feathers on her face, Penguin starts to moult and has lost the feathers near the top of her beak...

His favourite place to be while out of the cage is my shoulder. He loves to run up my arm back and forth till he finds the perfect spot to stay in.

Out of all of his siblings, Lotas is the one in my humble opinion who got the most beautiful colours.

Khaleesi has an overall darker face when compared to Lotas.

You can see here that Lotas has more orange on his face whereas Khaleesi has more brownish coloured feathers on the same place.
