If I bred my yellowface light green dominant pied female with my yellow face skyblue grey wing what would the babies be.

Your Light Green Dominant Pied isn't called a yellow face- All Green Series budgies have yellow faces ;)

but unless she is split to blue you'll get 100% Green Budgies split to blue and some will be dominant pied

Oh ok thanks sorry about that still learning mutations so so even though she's light green and male is blue all the babies will be green .

Yes Green is Dominant - when a mutation is dominant it takes over any other mutation

but if she ends up being split to blue then you'd get both blues and greens Your greens would still be split for blue.

And you could get other Mutations(not colors though) If they're split to it Like if both were split to Recessive pied you'd get some recessive pied, if the male would be split to ino - you'd get Lutino females - or Lutino and Albino females if she's split to blue. You could get Cinnamon females if he's split to cinnamon, You could also get Opaline Females if he's split to Opaline.
