It looks a little like blackface. They are extremely rare and apparently only bred in certain regions of the world.

looks like its got some really heavy flecking and i guess the black head would be lost after first moult

pretty though :D

The bird is a coalface. It is a rare mutation but it is not the same as a blackface which has bars on it's body as well. To breed one you would need to have a bird with the coalface gene. (Some very heavily flecked opalines look similar)
