In the first picture, the nares of the pied budgie look very pronounced to me, which would indicate a female. I've tried to lighten the shadows in your second picture and, after doing so, I can see your yellow budgie is a male.

I'm still questioning the gender of the blue pied budgie though.
Could you please post a full-sized close-up of the cere taken in natural light?

If you do have a mixed gender pair, you will need to do everything necessary to prevent breeding behaviors.

A Heartfelt Plea to All Members

Rearranging their cage frequently and limiting the light they get to 8 hours a day will help tremendously. Please be sure you never put a nest box or anything that could be used as a nesting site in their cage.

When they come into condition, limit the amount of protein in their diet at that time.
