Locating an Avian Veterinarian

Your little female is beautiful. It does look like she may have mites.
I recommend you treat her with either ivermectin spot-on treatment or Scatt for Birds spot on treatment.
You can take her to your Avian Veterinarian for treatment.
It's best to take care of the problem before it progresses. Do not try to use mite spray - it is very dangerous for your budgie.

Your little girl is so cute~However I do agree that her beak looks a little strange, do you have any more closeup photos of her beak?
