its just one of those rubber wrist bands, you can find them anywhere really, they are usually charity ones or promotional ones. the one in the video i got from a little box that was on the checkout of Petsmart, it says ''support adoption" on it.. then i just tied a piece of string onto it and hung it from her cage door

i never bought it intentionally as a toy for her, i wear it on my wrist and a while back she would sit on my arm and start nibbling on it and playing with it while on my wrist. so now i have to take it off just so she can play with it lol

the two parts i found the funniest was towards the beginning where she was spinning around in a circle upside down, then hopped off, and as it was still spinning she made this little noise as if she was angry at it and telling it off .....and the part where she was trying to fly off with the band in mid air was fumy too
