Orange/red tint on budgies bottom beak

Hello all, this is my first time posting on here. I noticed today that my budgie, Sky, has a orange/red tint on her bottom beak.

Some background: Sky is about 3 years old, she refuses to eat fruits and veggies so I buy her a seed mix with dehydrated fruits and veggies mixed in (if anyone has tips for picky eaters, please feel free to give some advice. I’ve tried so much to get her to eat fresh chops but she wont). I got her from a petco in 2018. When I got her, she was the smallest one and they butchered her wings so bad (thankfully they grew back, but it took about a year). I’m not sure if any of that information matters, but I’m putting it there just to be sure.

As of right now, she is happily chirping and being her usual self. I just got home from being out for the morning, so I’m unsure if she’s pooping and eating as usual. She is in a good mood, but I’m concerned about the tint on her beak. I didn’t notice it yesterday or any other day before today, and my other two budgies don’t seem to have it. Does anybody know what this is? Is it maybe something that’s always there that I never noticed? Is it a vet-trip type of problem? Please help!

When I zoom in on the pictures they become too fuzzy to get a good look, are you sure that it is not something stuck to the beak? It looks a bit like a bruise, does she fight with the other birds or could she have crashed into something? Sometimes birds with liver problems will get a bruise on the beak but I have only seen that on the upper beak.

I just looked at her closely again and it appears some of it chipped off. It turns out it is some dried carrot stuck to her beak.. well, it’s good to know it’s nothing bad.
