I visited the bird market in Paris during my 2011 trip.

Wow! :wow: That is a LOT of birds.

Why would they have chinchillas at a bird market though? :S

I'd personally be very apprehensive about buying a bird at a place like that but I'm sure it was quite interesting to see.

They're beautiful! So many colours, and I think I saw every domestic species of bird ever--lovies, lorries, finches, canaries, doves--that must have been really amazing to see in person.

The birds generally look very well taken care of, too, which is good, although there is probably a high chance of sickness when there are so many birds everywhere in such close quarters! Thank you for sharing, great video! :clap:
