Awww, c'mon Randy -- you KNOW you can't stay away from these lil cuties.I have got to stay out of this lovebird section...no....really.....
I had to post these -- Pedro and Poppy were jealous because Peachy gets all the attention!Oh Stop it, Faery! First Peachy, now Im heavily ODing on a triple dose of Faerylovies adorableness and its just too much for me to handle:bowrofl::tongue: Also Poppy's button eyes are indeed cute as a pair of buttons![]()
Thanks, Cathy! :hug:They are just so darn cute I love them![]()
Thanks, Star -- Pepry does seem to have a good time.Aww, Pepry looks so cute hanging out in the bathroom
Clearly they have a lot of fun during their out of cage time![]()
Thank you!Wow to their play gym they must have fun on that. Such little cuties aren't they!
Thank you. :wave:You have 2 nice birds. The play things you have for your birds they will enjoy.
Thank you from Pedro and Poppy, Lyn.You two are just as cute as Peachy.. Your big eyes are beautiful... Keep the photos coming Miss Deb..
Peachy is a Fischer's Lovebird, Julie. Peachy isn't allowed to be out with Pedro and Poppy because they are bonded and would attack him. Peachy is usually hanging out with me when Pedro and Poppy have out-of-cage time. At the very least, he's in a different room!Oh such cuteness!! Poppy is a beautiful mutation. Is she a masked or Fischer's? She has a different look than Peach face Pedro, but they're both adorable. Where is Peachy when all this fun is going on with the other lovebirds?
Ana, I have noticed at times Poppy's beak is more pink that others but it isn't something I've looked for with Peachy or Pedro. I'll start paying more attention and let you know. What a treat it is to see Pedro and Poppy, I love those pics on the bathtub, maybe they were looking for their yellow rubber duckies in there!
Your Poppy's pastel colours really remind me a lot of my Nico, he really is the green series version of Poppy.
One thing I have noticed in my white-beaked, blue series lovies is that they kind of "blush" and we can see it on their beaks. I notice the pink colour spreading on their white beaks and I don't mean the veins. I can see your Poppy was blushing in those pics!Is this something you are familiar with and have you noticed this just with Poppy?
The beak on the Peach faced while it is white, it seems to be somewhat different as it doesn't seem to be so pearly white.
I find this little trait very interesting and I'm curious to know if they also blush or not.I do know for a fact that blue masked and blue series fischers blush.
Thanks, Gaby!Awww! Pedro and Poppy are so adorable!![]()
 Poppy being kissed and cuddled -- now THAT makes me laugh! :laughing1:Oh my gosh, I love those two. Pedro is like Paddy and as you know I'm in LOVE with that sweet faced Poppy. I just wish she would have let me kiss and cuddle her. Just too sweet those two - thanks for those photos, Deb.
