Hi, everyone. I had a good look at my budgies today. I managed to ID three mutations, but I struggle with the one male. Aqua is definately a sky blue clearwing male, but I found that he has cobalt markings where the white of his "face" ends under the ears (barely bigger than the violet facial markings). These are on opposite sides of his "chin", like 2 collar ends (if that makes sense). Does this mean he is a df violet or maybe split for cobalt? I tried to get pictures but it doesn't show on camera.

He can't be split for Cobalt, as dark factors are dominant - if they have one it will show.
Can you post pictures? I'd say from your description that he might be single factor Violet, because you can't see Violet as purple unless it's double factor. :)
