So when I checked her vent area..
There was blood and it was smelling so bad although she had a bath..
She is looking very weak
After some time the blood went inside of her body and after some time it again came back
Pls help me

Unfortunately this is something that needs medical attention by a professional, there should never be any bad odor coming from the bird, if there is it may indicate some type of infection. Has she ever laid an egg? Female birds can get egg bound, meaning an egg has formed and it gets stuck when she tries to pass it out of her body, females can lay eggs without having mated they will just not be fertile. If she has been straining the tissues inside the vent area become weak and prolapse to the outside of the body. There are vets open even in the pandemic, if there are none near you try calling a zoo or university that has a vet school and see if someone can assist you. You may be able to get some advice from an online vet here is a link, please give this a try https://www.justanswer.com/sip/bird...t=be&msclkid=745eda16c3641ba9ea5bbaa8d78d7d78

Did you try the link I gave you to the online vet?
Yes
But no use I even paid the fee and told everything to the vet but he was not able to understand and he told he wanted to see the bird but by budgie was in pain and was not allowing me to touch her
But I am also able to see from a distance only
Then the vet told he can be helpless
He told to use Apple cider venigar
if it can help if there is any infection
I gave 1tsp in her water bowl
I don’t know weather it can cure her
If you have any idea about it pls inform me
