There will be three separate threads today for the Bridal Shower Weekend Festivities!
1. Pedro and his Buds (feel free to add your pictures of your male birdies who are attending the events.
2. Baby Birdies having Fun (feel free to add your pictures of your young birdies who are attending today.
3. Poppy's Bridal Shower (feel free to add your pictures of your female birdies who have come to celebrate with Poppy)

Poppy's Bridal Shower

Gracie: Buddy, you hat is an exact match to your beautiful coloring - wherever did you manage to purchase it!
I must have the name of the store so I can visit it sometime.

GracieMae: Lillie, the grounds of this club are lovely. Poppy made a good decision when she chose to have her wedding here.

Rosie : Wow Mocha, the color of this wisteria almost matches your gorgeous feathers exactly!!

Buddy: And now I think it's time for Poppy to open her gifts. Then we can all partake of these delectable refreshments.

Poppy: Oh, ladies! I just can't thank you all enough for doing this for me, the table looks exquisite!!

We really must get you over to one of the boutiques at the Galleria Mall to get you some brightly colored spring outfits so you'll have something beautiful to wear to the wedding next month. I'm sorry your men didn't join Pedro and his buds for a guys day out. Golfing, Swimming, Fitness Room, SportsBar, Tennis -- lots to do and all available if they still want to come by.

They are welcome to come by anytime today or this evening. Everyone will be doing "Happy Hour" and then probably will continue on into dinner and dancing this evening. :wow:

Gracie-Mae, the clock you brought us is adorable! I have just the perfect place to hang it in our home. Look at those precious little birdies on flying around the clock to help us keep time. I couldn't have asked for a nicer gift. :hug:

Phoenix sure does look handsome in his pink golf shirt. I love it when men have the self-confidence to wear pink! I think it proves just how manly they really are. It matches your beautiful bonnet and necklace too!

I do hope you are enjoying your time in Virginia -- it looks like the revelry is going to continue long into the night -- everyone is having a good time and there are so many things to do, I think everyone can find something they enjoy.

Thank you, Susan! Poppy is getting more excited by the day. She wasn't too pleased with Pedro last night though -- I guess he had a little too much fun at the boys get-together late last night. Poker, drinking, pigging-out and who knows what else was going on. :eeke:

Sarah, Buddy has been a model of decorum thus far. I think she was quite pleased with the bonnet I made for her. Buddy has seemed to realize that as one of the "matriarchs" of the celebrations she needs to set a good example for some of the younger birdies!
And the baby lovebirds were all very well behaved at the playground! :thumbsup:
