Okay, so I THOUGHT I posted this freaking thing that I spent forever writing, but I GUESS NOT. Okay, I'm going shorten it so much!
Ju has cancer, he's not eating as much, not eating enough of the sprouts that I mix powdered dandelion root into (it helps fight the cancer, but he's not ingesting enough now), but dives right into the dry seed I give them at bedtime.
I'm thinking of making him some treat sticks. They'd have:
Ginger
Cinnamon
Dandelion root
Bee pollen
Alfalfa
Cayenne
Flax eggs
Millet
A smidge of sweet potato
The ginger, cinnamon, and cayenne are for pain and inflammation, among other things. The bee pollen is the sweetener, for helping get rid of Alice's candida, and for nutrition. It apparently has special enzymes or something in it, too. The alfalfa is a nutritional supplement. The flax eggs are a vegan binding agent. The dandelion root is for the cancer. The sweet potato is for nutrition, and the millet is because Juey likes it :3. I'll be baking it in the oven at a low temperature as opposed to using my dehydrator.
What do you guys think?
