What size cage are you looking for?
I'm assuming you plan to keep him in the cage the majority or all of the time you will be traveling?
Do you have a good way to secure the cage inside the RV?

Yes He will be secured with seat belt.
We will do test runs.
and acclimate him as to new cage environment.
also silicone mat so cage will not slip.
have to keep our feather baby safe.
Thank you

There are decent sized Prevue Hendryx cages that will fit into a car or RV.

26-inch long, 14-inch wide, 20-inch high with 1/2-inch wire spacing
Flight Cage
I have one of these cages that I use to transport my budgies in the car.
It works fine with the seat belt in my Prius.
It also has the pull-out tray for ease of cleaning and is large enough for one budgie to be comfortable in for extended periods of time.

This one is a good cage but it's very hard to clean as the bottom part doesn't have a slide-out tray.
Given you'll be in an RV, I don't think I would recommend it.
