Remember that Variety is best.

* Feed chard, parsley and spinach only in moderation as they contain oxalic acid. Too much of these can prevent the absorption of calcium.
Cabbage contains oxalic acid and has few nutrients that are helpful to your bird which is why it is not recommended.

** Moderate amounts; Too much of the essential oils in these herbs may irritate the budgie's mucosa in the crop and digestive tract
