hi everyone,
Theo & Sky have 3 chicks at the moment, the eldest is 23 days old, chick 2 is 21 days old & chick 3 is 19 days old, chick 2 has black wing markings & looks to be a sky blue spangle, but chick 1 has got half grey & half sky blue feathers also her wings have brown markings?! can she be a halfsider cinnamon spangle?? by the way the **** is a grey opaline spangle & sky is a sky blue opaline hen, do all spangles have black markings or can they have brown wing markings aswell??
thanks!! :D

all look to be spangle. some spangles have dark markings and some have light.
if one of your budgies has brown markings it must be a cinnamon.
i think

If both parents are opaline all the chicks will be opaline

The 1st chick looks cinnamon, the body colour showing in the wings is because of the opaline. The second chick is opaline spangle.
